I forgot my pattern
Use the nine-word recovery phrase of that vault. Without the pattern and without the phrase, the vault cannot be opened by anyone, including us.
I have a new iPhone
Install Latent on the new iPhone with the same iCloud account, choose to restore a vault and enter its recovery phrase.
Something does not work
Write to us with your iPhone model, your iOS version, the version of Latent and what happened. Please do not attach files from your vault.
